Terça Club (pronounced teɾ.sah · klʌb) is a psychedelic funk rock band mixing rhythm, groove, and texture into a cocktail of sound. Their music draws from the grit of American funk and the sway of Latin rhythms. With members from Brazil and the US, the band moves between cosmic synths and grounded rhythms, always served with a cinematic edge.
The band is composed of multi-instrumentalists and producers Matthew Glover, Rafael Silva, Marco Túlio, Alex Taylor, and Jared Detsikas.
Formed in Somerville, Massachusetts in 2022, Terça Club began as late-night jam sessions among friends who met while working in the film and TV world. What started as improvisation has since become a shared vision: songs that shimmer with conscious lyrics and pulse with a universal heart and soul, expanding into kaleidoscopic journeys of sound.
Their single MB69—featured in the award-winning film The Compatriots—marks just the beginning of their exploration, lighting the fuse on a sound meant for the world.
